The units look nice at a glance but if you look close you'll notice mistakes. Scheduling maintenance was inconvenient and I had a surprising amount of issues pop up for it to be a new building. They didnt or weren't able to work around my 1st shift schedule. Management tried to enforce a policy that wasn't in the lease and wanted tenants to pay for it. The area it's in is super quiet and peaceful but overall it's not worth what they're charging.
I cannot say enough great things about The Daniel’s, Erin and the staff at The Daniel’s!!!! We love the atmosphere here and living here! The apartments are stylish and modern. Again…. Erin is always available and super helpful at all times. I feel so lucky that we found this apartment before they were even complete. Highly recommend!!! Martha Piazza Fleck
I’ve had a good experience living here. The community is well maintained, and management has been great and responsive. Overall, a nice place to live!
The buildings manager Erin is amazing! She has been so helpful and flexible for all our needs. The Daniel’s is such a welcoming place that really cares about their tenants!
It's been such a pleasure living at The Daniels—management is super nice, the complex is quiet yet full of friendly neighbors, and the location is ideal. Highly recommend!
