The Dane

I recently moved to The Dane Apartments on August 1, 2025, after reading some horrible reviews from over a year ago AND reading that this apartment building went through a $17M renovation AND new management. So I decided to take a tour to see if the reviews were correct for myself. I was impressed the minute I walked into the beautiful lobby and hearing elevator music play throughout the hallways. I felt like I was home. I noticed the mixed community that moved to and from the lobby area with their well groomed dogs and again felt like this was to be my new home. I met Colleen Clark, the property manager, and she is A DREAM! Colleen is always polite, respectable and introduced me to her assistant property manager, Hassan, and the maintenance mangers and staff. The renovations are real

The Dane is absolutely breathtaking! After meeting Miss Colleen (who by far has one of the kindest most gentlest spirits I’ve met in a LONG TIME) @ a Housing Fair this afternoon, I came to see a 2br which took my son & I’s breath away. From the modern appliances, the spacious bedrooms…I’m sold! Words cannot describe how elegant this place is! Not to mention the professionalism Micah showed was out of this world! This place truly deserves 5+ ⭐️! From the concierge to the amenities… 10/10!!! 👍🏽💯🥰

I showed up for an in person tour and no one called or handled the situation. The doorman informed me my tour had been canceled and all leasing was on hold. Not a single communication from the leasing office team. If you can’t cancel a tour, they definitely do not deserve my rent money. Highly recommend searching elsewhere!

My experience has been nothing but amazing at The Dane. The management team Coleen and Hassan are very professional in every aspect. The maintenance guys Keith and Mike wasted no time bringing me the new dryer for my apartment. Ty and John at the front desk are a help as well with anything you may need. I just love The Dane and this luxurious living.

Ms.Colleen Clark, I am very pleased and impressed with the Dane Apartment Complex. It is exactly the accommodations I was searching for to accommodate my Father, Ralph Chapman after looking at three other apartments, Once we entered the Dane Complex, by our surprise through our tour we new this was home, he & I was so excited of all the wonderful amenities offered.
