Management Company - Urban American/Cap-Hill Properties. Office location for this management company in Denver is at The Lincoln on Galapagos. I would Strongly recommend reading some reviews there as well to get an idea of the management in order to make an informed decision on renting here. TL;DR - negligent, unresponsive, careless and untrustworthy management. See photos for realistic conditions of when we lived there. - We lived in the building for 5 years - 2 of which were with this company. We paid on time consistently from day one and had been overall stellar tenants. New resident of the Dalton, managed by Cornerstone. They have been helpful and professional to work with since day one. Their application process was simple, and they even offered a deposit free option -- it's for real, no gimmick! (You pay a small fee to be bonded by a third party, and Cornerstone refunds your fee on your first month's rent. It's based on your FICO score, and mine is not great, it was still under $200.) Shout out to Aeolian, the maintenance tech who was very helpful when I had a water leak to repair (it is an old building with radiant heat, so those can be finicky), he also helped me with some other questions I had post move-in. I see from prior reviews that Cornerstone had some ground to make up on this property after the previous management, and they seem to be active

Lived at the Dalton in the late 80s. Paid something like $200.00 a month for the cutest studio apartment ever. How times have changed.
