The Curtis Apartments

The Curtis is a wonderful quiet community. The apartments are gorgeous and large enough for our family of three and golden/pyrenees. Our building is very clean and modern. Everyone you meet is super friendly. Dawn O, is incredibly welcoming, patient and responsive she made the entire leasing process smooth, stress free and she is always available when you need anything. The amenities are fantastic from the crystal clean pool, the gym, dog park, and coffee bar. We truly enjoy calling this our home.

Personally my husband and I have enjoyed living here for just over a year. Dawn in the office has been very responsive and have helped us on numerous occasions with different things. I enjoy how busy the courtyard is with pets and children enjoying the open safe space to play/go for walks. All the neighbors I have met have been super friendly as well as the maintenance team and office staff.

Since I moved into The Curtis Apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I toured the property, I felt welcomed and cared for. The building is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I was looking for in a home. The apartments themselves are spacious, bright, and beautifully finished and fixtures. Moving into the Curtis Apartments has been a great experience. Coming from Georgia we had a lot of concerns about what to expect, but Dawn Oliveira made everything easy and comfortable for us. My husband and I are so happy that we decided to move into The Curtis. We have lived here for 16 months and love our apartment and the amenities available here. We have always owned our own home and were apprehensive about apartment living, but The Curtis has been a wonderful move for us.
