The Crossroads at Belton

I absolutely love Crossroads Apartments, and I have to give a shoutout to both our leasing agent and maintenance guy they’re truly the best! Our leasing agent Macie is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She’s by far the most approachable and responsive agent we’ve had at the complex, and she really makes you feel like a valued resident. And our maintenance guy Angel deserves just as much praise! He’s always around helping residents, gets the job done quickly, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. No matter what needs fixing, he handles it with a great attitude and efficiency. It’s people like them who make living here such a positive experience. So grateful to have such a great team in the community!

I absolutely love living here. The community is quiet, peaceful, and feels safe—which was my top priority for my family. Moving here has truly been a breath of fresh air. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance; any request is handled the same day, and the team always makes sure the job is done right. The office staff are always warm and welcoming, and I really appreciate the events they organize for residents—it makes the community feel connected. The amenities are clean, well-maintained, and always available when we need them. I’ve never renewed a lease anywhere before, but I was more than happy to renew here. If you’re looking for a safe, friendly, and well-cared-for place to live, I highly recommend this community.

After touring the apartments, we saw many wonderful and easily accessible amenities, such as plentiful amount of workout equipments in the gym. The club house is very organized and clean for a relaxing stay with friends and family. My personal favorite is the nice theater room with very comfortable theater chairs!

The community is quiet and well-cared for, and my neighbors are respectful. The apartment was spotless and upon move-in and any minor issues were fixed promptly. It’s clear that management invests in property and its residents. So happy I found this place!
