I had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment, especially considering it is marketed as a luxury property. For the price I paid, I expected higher-quality construction, better maintenance, and more responsive management. Unfortunately, there were ongoing issues with the unit that were never properly addressed. I frequently dealt with ants inside the apartment due to visible gaps and poor sealing in the wallboards, which is unacceptable for a so‑called luxury complex, especially considering I kept the apartment very clean. My upstairs neighbors were consistently noisy, often late at night, and the office did not help me resolve the situation despite multiple complaints. They walk you through all the amenities in the tour which you have to pay an extra fee for if you want to use. Hundreds of dollars to use an amenity is crazy. You could only invite two people to your apartment. You need a pool pass to go in pool. Owner lives at apartment. Staff will not get back to you It’s extremely frustrating when you’re paying rent on time but can’t get basic support from management. And they offer gift cards for google reviews. If you’re going to live there ask a lot of questions.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Crossing Apartments in Redlands and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The property was immaculately maintained, with clean and well-kept grounds that made a great first impression. The pool area was especially appealing. That said, parking for visitors can be a bit difficult. It can be challenging to find a spot, particularly during busy hours. As the property is privately owned, it's important to ensure you have a visitor parking permit, or you risk facing aggressive towing practices.

Overall this place is great, they do a amazing job at keeping the place looking nice and clean and I really enjoy that. My only complaint is I have lived here for over a year and the skybridge lounges in building 3 and 4 are still not open. When I was under the impression that would be open shortly after moving in. Will update my review once they are finally open and update my star rating at that time

I had an overall great experience living at The Crossings for 4 years. My apartment had good insulation, so it kept cool in the summers without needing much AC while keeping warm in the winters. Overall, the residents at the complex are respectful of the quiet hours, so I rarely felt disrupted by loud noises. As with most apartment complexes, I could hear occasional vacuuming or shuffling of heavier objects from neighbors, mostly from upstairs. If I had any maintenance requests/needs, they were handled promptly the next business day. I loved how well taken care of the entire complex is - the maintenance staff work hard to ensure every exterior surface is cleaned frequently.
