The Crossings at Bramblewood Apartment Homes

I think it's time I said my piece about this place. I lived here for about a year and a half, and in during that time I experienced: - No working A/C. My A/C did not work when I moved in and was never completely fixed by the maintenance team. It got to the point where I was forced to buy my own window unit after maintenance removed the loaner unit without our permission. - Heat went out for almost a week during the winter. - Towards the end of our time there, we had no working hot water due to our building having an old malfunctioning boiler. As far as I'm aware, maintenance never replaced it. - Constant gunshots outside on weekend nights. It wasn't as bad when we first moved in, but it got worrying towards the end of our time there. - Front office people who, as another reviewer stated,

Do not move into this apartment unless you’re ready for a nightmare! The property management, especially Maria and Samantha, could not care less about their tenants. We’ve been here two months, and every single issue we reported at move-in is still unresolved. Our initial move-in date was delayed by a week, only to find the apartment in horrific condition. Stained carpets, a window covered in a massive, unmissable white stain, a toilet that barely flushes, and an ancient dryer coated in rust. To make matters worse, every night the place reeks of smoke and marijuana, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We’re constantly jolted awake by deafening bangs from the plumbing.. My wife and I were moving out of state and needed an apartment. We came down to the crossings for an in person tour twice before applying. The first time we came down unfortunately no one was in the office to give us the tour so we tried again a couple weeks later and luckily Maria was there and gave us the tour. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Amber was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through everything with care and patience. Johana was just as wonderful—always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. It was especially great meeting with Maria, the property manager. Jesus was very courteous when knocking and annoucing when they entered apt. By far the best maintenance person that has assisted. Garbage disposal is fixed and i was given a cleaner to ensure dish washer can be disinfected. They need a big raise and a paid vacation after having to deal with it. Much appreciated 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾10/10
