Resided here for 26 months and had an outstanding experience! The apartment was very nice and convenient, and the first-floor garage was ideal for both my vehicle and storage items. The staff was outstanding, friendly and professional, and all minor problems were immediately fixed with no trouble or concerns. Move out and final walkthrough were also super easy, friendly, and quick. If I return to the Katy area, I would definitely reside here again! Highly recommend!

Please pay attention when renting Unit 1902. I began living in this unit in April 2025 and it has been unbearable. In the first months living here, in the master bedroom, there was and still is an unbearable smell of marijuana coming in. It was impossible to sleep in the bedroom, and my daughters had to sleep in the living room. At first, I went to the office and spoke with the girls who work there. After that, I sent several emails to the manager, who took more than five months to respond. In summary, the manager, Ms. Melissa Zuniga, said that she could do absolutely nothing regarding the smell of marijuana inside my apartment . My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years. Great apartments, minimal noise, not too many bugs, and overall safe area. We watched as a new management took over in the span of us living here and the new management is fine, but they never pick up the phone, never call you back, and are very rarely around or available at the office. Other than that, great place to live and highly recommend.

I would like to begin by acknowledging that the staff at the apartment complex has been consistently courteous and supportive. Unfortunately, my experience with the apartment itself has been quite disappointing. During a video call with the leasing office—arranged because I was out of state—I was assured that while there would be street noise outside, it would not be an issue once inside the apartment. This reassurance proved inaccurate. The apartment is situated directly next to a very busy street, resulting in significant noise disturbances. Additionally, my bedroom window faces the street and is adjacent to two noisy air units. I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment complex around the time of April 1st through April 4th. I was there to watch a young lady for her foster mother. The grounds were very nice. It was a pet friendly complex. They had gates all around the entire property. The tenants were nice the ones I was able to see. The houses in the nearby community was also nice. The parking was a little bit tricky and hit or miss. It was first come first serve if you didn't pay for reserved. Overall, it was quiet and peaceful during my entire stay. I liked the amenities that you can go to the little park nearby and they had a waterfall where the park was located. Which was nice as well.
