The Crest on Hampton Hollow

I absolutely am in love with the whole experience touring at The Crest!!!! I love that it’s a suburban hidden gem in Silver Spring!!! Bayan is superb!!! She’s the one that took my Mom and I on the tour to see everything for my first apartment alone and she was so personable, sweet, understanding, and like your great gal friend lol. The model that looks like where I will be living is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures online!!! Gorgeous!!!! Perfect!!! And exactly what I’m looking for in every way!!! Bayan said she makes sure that they put stainless steel appliances in every apartment and that it’s up to date because she knows what people want and wants to make sure that they get it!!! Wow!!!! Such a blessing!!!! I haven’t even gotten the apartment yet and I’m super impressed

Apt 3421M - Living Room * Great high ceilings * Nice fireplace * Nice space * Fire place mantle has splits in the paint so I don’t think it’s meant to hold stuff * No lights, just daylight from balcony if you keep the blinds open. Gets really dark at night but you can use the kitchen light. I bought a lamp. * You will hear everything from outside thru your balcony door, walls and door. * A cleaning lady comes every other week to sweep. - Kitchen * Socket covers are cheap and broke when I pulled a plug out of it. * Cabinets and coat closet are very tiny and easily scratched. * Microwave gets food hot very fast. * Stove was scratched up when I moved in and just got further scratched up and food stuck as time went on. Not a good stove. Have to constantly clean it. * The partial island is huge

My daughter and I visited last Friday, and we were first impressed by how beautiful and suburban the community is! Bayan greeted us and was very personable, informative, and hospitable. She offered us snacks then began taking us on a lovely tour of the apartments and apartment grounds. Bayan ensured that she gave enough time to answer all of our questions. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and to give us as much information as possible. Bayan patiently assisted my daughter with finalizing the computerized application, and she made her feel completely supported. We were highly impressed by everything that we experienced! Bayan is an expert at what she does. We were so blessed to have her as our guide for this beautiful and quiet apartment complex!

I have such a great experience living at The Crest on Hampton Hollow! The staff here is amazing, super friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything. From day one, they made me feel welcomed and taken care of, which really makes a difference. Not to mention my apartment has totally exceeded my expectations. The layout is spacious and really well thought-out, and the view from my place is beautiful, so relaxing to come home to. Everything just feels modern, clean, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with a team that truly cares, I can’t recommend The Crest enough. So glad I choose to live here!

Beyan was wonderful! She helped my sister and I for a walk in appointment and took us on a tour right away. She offered a rent specials and fantastic customer service.
