During our apartment hunt which was conducted during quarantine, we must have spoke with over 30 brokers. Out of all of them, Anne Edling was the only one who significantly added value. Her apartment listings were spot on to fit our picky criteria and she found us a place that was not even listed online that is rent stabilized!!! She was able to get us a facetime appointment with the current tenants so we could see the place and feel confident even though we weren't allowed to see it in person. She helped in negotiating a move date 11 days earlier than offered, so that the move would be possible. She is an amazing communicator and problem solver which sped up the whole process.
