The Crest at Westhampton Commons

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Crest. The apartments are modern and up to date, and the neighborhood is great for walking around—with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The community is quiet and respectful, and the pool is an awesome perk during the summer. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests, which is a big plus. Overall, I’d recommend living here.

I have been living at Crest at Westhampton apartment complex for the past 2 ½ years, and my experience has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly professional and always approachable. The buildings are consistently clean, reflecting the high standards of the management. One of the highlights is the maintenance service, which is prompt and efficient, addressing any issues quickly and effectively. The location is fantastic, with a variety of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance, making it extremely convenient. The neighborhood is wonderful, offering a great sense of community and safety. Overall, Crest at Westhampton has truly been a great place to call home.

I've lived at the Crest since Nov. '21 when it was first built and only love it more the longer I'm here. The units are beautiful with modern, high-end finishes and our communal areas are always clean and cared for. Both property management and maintenance staff communicate well, are friendly, and are quick to address concerns. As a FL native, it's also awesome having a well-kept pool / sun deck / grill area... hard to find here in RVA! Location is excellent - super close to great food, shopping, etc. and definitely an area where I feel safe walking my dog or going for solo runs in the evening. I would recommend this complex and its community to others in a heartbeat.

I have loved living at the Crest at Westhampton Commons. The staff is extremely polite and professional. Anything I have needed in my time here they have been prompt to attending to. The grounds are very clean and they keep the interior and exterior very nice. I am about to resign my lease for a third year. The amenities are also fabulous. Living here has been great and I see myself living here for years to come!

I retired and moved here about a year and a half ago from Atlanta Georgia to downsize and be near my children. The Crest was under construction and my daughter suggested I check it out. I am SO glad that I did!!! I love the neighborhood-----where can you walk to a pharmacy, a library, dentists, veterinary clinic, eye doctor, major hospital, hardware store, medical doctors, post office and much more PLUS it's pet friendly. Security is excellent and so are the apartments. The management staff is friendly, caring and efficient. What more can you ask for?
