The Crescent Residences

What a great place to settle! The Crescent Residences will exceed your expectations. The property is wonderful. The community is great. The social director Toi, does an outstanding job bringing to community together with the great social gatherings she schedules once or twice a month. The support staff is first rate. Gary, Danny, and Steven are incredibly helpful. If you couldn't tell, I love it here!

My wife and I recently renewed our lease and have been very pleased with our experience. Lina Belzer worked with us to meet our needs, and make us feel appreciated. The resident social events coordinated by Toi Cunningham are always excellent. The maintenance staff Rosendo, Stephen, and Danny are also top notch. We really have no complaints. If there has been an issue, it has been handled quickly and professionally.

Love the new management company. They are very positive and quick to respond to questions and concerns. The building is beautiful, and the location makes it easy to walk to many great restaurants. The best feature is the Canyon Ranch Spa. There is no excuse not to be in the best shape of your life.

The Crescent staff has been great. Lina helped me tour the units, and she is always very responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's a huge plus that residents have access to Canyon Ranch, and there is a cafe on site as well. Overall, the experience was great. Thanks Lina and the rest of the team!
