If I could leave less than one star, I would. We've been owners in a condominium since 01/2020. We've had water leaks coming from OUTSIDE the building since 11/2020 that STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REPAIRED. We've had two additional leaks in our unit with water coming from areas that the HOA/CREAM is responsible for and CANNOT GET A REPLY. In three years, nobody EVER answers the phones (no matter the day of the week or time of day you call) at the office. They never return phone calls or voicemails. They flat out ignore all of the emails and service requests submitted through their website. It's like they collect our management fees monthly (which we've never been late once) and then just ghost us. This management company, for no apparent reason thinks their service to our community can decrease to almost nothing being done, to getting a 33% increase of $36,000. When you have our own board members involved with the management company improprieties seem to be happening at our property. The list of pending projects to be completed here on our property are too numerous to list but believe me nothing is getting done on our property except the management company getting rich. Very strange how we finally received the budget information three days before the annual meeting not giving anyone a chance to express their feelings about what's going on with the budget. If I could give less than one star I would. If you’re ever thinking of getting into business with this property company, please I implore you, spare yourself the headaches and most of all YOUR MONEY! They are an absolute joke and know absolutely nothing about customer service. I had to move into one of their properties because of the lack of time I had finding a decent place. But by no means did they make my transition easy. I pay a ridiculous amount of money for a 2 bedroom apartment and I only get one parking spot. Meanwhile, the one bedroom apartment units get two parking spots and some other units DON’T EVEN HAVE A SPOT. I just want to publicly thank The Cream Group. They manage my community Shoma Homes. They started to manage our community 3 or 4 years ago and they have turned our community around. we pay the lowest maintenance in the area and our community looks good. I could be great, but for $150.00 in maintenance i'm really happy. I had a balance on my account and 2 years ago I went to the Cream office, they were polite, professional and they worked a payment plan for me and my family. Last week I sent my last payment of my plan, They are excellent people, they care about the community. I really recommend Cream. I don't give them 5 starts because in the end they don't have the ability to do what the owners want, the board of directors is in charge.

Live in pine island ridge area . Have sent 3 emails concerning termites, 2 emails concerning decal and visitor car, and just emailed about a new roof leak that has now damaged my bedroom ceiling. Also did a maintenance request. Ended up paying out of my own pocket for termites service because after called them twice no answer. I literally made the choice to not pay my maintenance until they at least give me what I’m paying for??? They raised our maintenance by $125 a month almost 2 years ago for new Roofs , they have done some homes and not the others??? Why do we pay maintenance when nothing is being done not even answering emails??! Absolutely Terribile
