Convenient location & accessibility It’s close to shopping areas (e.g. Morton Ranch & Grand Parkway), making errands and dining fairly easy.  The area also benefits from Katy ISD schools and decent neighborhood infrastructure. The pool, gym and maintenance is on par or even better than other apartments too.

I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the amazing experience my family and I have had at The Crawford! We moved to Texas in 2023 from Florida, and this was the second apartment we toured and applied for. Since then, we’ve been here ever since with absolutely no complaints. From day one, the team has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported. The neighborhood is always clean, safe, and very family-oriented, which has meant so much to us. It truly feels like home. I especially want to recognize Cindy, Kiana, and Karl. They are all extremely professional, kind, and attentive to residents. The office staff at The Crawford at Grand Morton are truly outstanding, Cindy and Kiana! Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Karl deserves special recognition—he consistently looks out for residents and goes above and beyond to assist with anything that comes up. #EducatorStatus He’s attentive, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference in feeling supported and valued as a resident. It’s rare to find office staff who care this much, and it really sets this community apart. Highly recommend!

We love this residence and all the amenities it has to offer. They are very quick and responsive when it comes to any issues or concerns we may have. Cindy and Karl are exceptional management and staff here. We are thankful for all they do to make home feel safe and comfortable!

I have lived at The Crawford for 2 yrs. One of the best properties I have lived at. The staff is friendly, when I reach out with questions or concerns they responds in a timely manner. The property is well kept and quiet.
