Worst experience ever!! I was unfairly treated after I became a victim of domestic violence, my skin color. My husband ended up getting discriminate against. Kept referring to me for a long time as my previous name after it being changed. I was harassed about small things. But her other tenants was able to get away with things that I couldn’t. They even allowed a residents dog blood to be left in the walkway. Charged me rent, was going to file an unlawful detainer, after I was no longer a resident there and had given notice!! Has ignorant communication requests. I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin’s the fact I became I victim of domestic violence!! Also they walked into my apartment without notice and items were stolen!! Worst place I could’ve ever moved too. Yes

I have been residing in this premises for the past 4 months and I have not encountered any financial difficulties until today. I was informed that I would be required to initiate legal action if I failed to pay my balance of $220, which I was charged with a late fee of $20. I was initially confused, I have my account set up for automatic payments and receive notifications from the bank whenever they withdraw funds. It is rather surprising to discover that I still owe money when it is set up to autopay.

I was having trouble with my air conditioner fan running too much and contacted Sarah. She quickly and effeciently told me exactly what to do, and I was able to fix it on the first try! She was very helpful and took care of this in no time at all! Thank you Darah!

I moved into an apartment for the first time in my life with two dogs. Few minor adjustments on my end lol But I love this place Not one complaint from me

Moved here in July and nothing but great customer service, with the leasing office. Brittney, and Amber are awesome! Very quiet community even with families with teenage / small children which I love.
