The Cove at Canyon Crest

Great place to live very quiet, lots of space in my unit. I also like my 2 car garage and laundry in my apartment. Very quiet place and peaceful.

This is the most terrible place I've ever been. I'm not talking about the poor conditions of the apartment. It's the cheapest place you can find to be fair. But I would never stay there again even it becomes totally free. You'll definitely regret it! The management (if there is any) is horrible. The owner found a tenant to help him and ask us to contact her for any issues. The "manager" always told us to ask the owner if we have any questions. The owner only went to the apartment twice a week. We had to do everything on our own. Only once, she offered to help that is when she heard we were moving out, she asked us if we needed real estate services (right, that's her real job.). The owner use our deposit to clean the apartment beyond the original conditions as we moved in. When we moved in,

Loved my newly remodeled unit at The Cove! Very quiet neighborhood, with ample street parking for guests, and close to anything you would need! The property manager, Virginia was super responsive any time I needed anything.

Wow! This place is fantastic! New ownership and units are newly remodeled!! Units have laundry and all updated appliances, flooring and kitchens. Grounds are clean and welcoming. Management is also great and very responsive. It is a wonderful play to live!

The property was at one time, a lovely place to live. Today, it's not even close - the Owner is negligent, he is on site Tuesdays and Thursdays, and yet manages to not repair anything, nor do anything he does manage to "repair" fall under what would be considered as quality work - examples are placing a bucket under a leak, painting over years worth of leaks and damages from leaks - we have secure parking and it once was a gated property, but the system is forever inoperable, the gate to the parking is broken and always open, and the mail has been stolen numerous times, and nothing is done about it - there's dark and steep stairways, to and from units, and into the lower garage, that are supposed to be lit, but have burnt out bulbs - the fire alarm system goes off with false alarms approx
