The Courtyards

I moved in about a week ago and this is my first apartment so I don’t have a lot to go off of, but so far I’ve had a great experience. This apartment had everything I was looking for: safe area, low traffic, dog park, in unit washer and dryer, pet friendly, balcony, big windows, two story apartments, and decent pricing. The apartment was very clean when I moved in other than a few stains here and there. The staff has been very helpful and kind. They also did their best in getting an apartment close to my preferences while on the waiting list. So far the neighborhood has been really quiet and kind. My only complaint about tenants is that they don’t pick up their dog poop in the dog park and I’m worried about my puppy getting sick. As for maintenance, my A/C went out my second day here and

Courtyards of Tulsa Oklahoma had been by far the best smoothest transition I have experienced. Sami particular has been so sweet and accommodating in making sure the unit is to my liking by and I have everything I need to make the transition from out of state to move in day. She is extremely knowledgeable on the area, and information about the apartment complex. I truly am excited to live and settle in here. I really enjoy living here! I’m in a one bedroom apartment and it’s good overall. It’s lacking storage - I’d love to have a place for my towels and linens. The space is tight, but I make it work. Submitting a maintenance request is easy (and online, so I don’t have to talk to anyone). The maintenance team is always prompt and they do their best to fix and improve any concerns I have (shout out to Tony!!). Example: I had (non-toxic) mold in one of the cabinets so they brought a professional out to test the air quality and then built me new cabinets the next day. All of the staff is great and they actively try to make things better for their tenants instead of slapping a bandaid on it or making a cheap fix. Pest control takes things seriously as well. I’ve been living here for some time and have had a great experience overall. The community is quiet and well maintained, the location is very convenient, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live.
