The Courtyards on St. Louis

Could’ve been better. When we first moved in there were a few baby cockroaches and we had issues with getting rid of them for a while. We had a 1bd 1ba and the a/c unit is in the back part of the bedroom so the heat and air wouldn’t always circulate great but we managed with a fan and space heater. We moved out two weeks before our lease ended so that we had enough time to repair the holes in the wall, clean, and fix any other issues. We still got charged a cleaning fee which was unfortunate considering we had spent two hours deep cleaning the unit after we had completed cleared it out. I did also have some issues with the homeless digging through the trash and trying to steal packages off my porch, we were on the second floor. I mean you get what you pay for so this is a decent budget fr

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have lived here for 15 years, and in all that time I have never had a landlady like Kimberly. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants feel comfortable and cared for. Every maintenance issue I’ve ever had has been resolved quickly and thoroughly, which gives me so much peace of mind. What really sets Kimberly apart is her kindness and compassion. She is one of the kindest people I know, always approachable and willing to help. On top of that, she’s a true animal lover, and that alone earns her 5 stars in my book! Knowing that my pets are just as welcome here as I am means the world to me. After 15 years, I can honestly say Kimberly has made this place feel like home. She treats her tenants with respect and heart, and I am genuinely grateful to have her as my landla

I love living here, I had to find somewhere to live very quickly due to a situation with a previous landlord, I was given Kimberly's name and number from someone on Nextdoor Neighbor App and reached out to her immediately. She was so kind and considerate, listening to my story of the horrors I had experienced and promptly told me she had a vacancy. I went over with my pup to meet her and Lori and fell in love with the apartment (and them) the moment I stepped in the door. I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else, she promptly takes care of any issue brought to her attention, Chris and his team (maintenance) are phenomenal, property is always kept up; no place I'd rather call "home"

My husband and I have rented from Kimberly for 9 or 10 years here at the Court Yards. We left for a short time but came right back. Its a great place to live. Small and quiet apartment complex with on site laundry. The property is well taken care of and the owners truly care about those that rent from them. Its safe and we never have any issues. We have been blessed to have such a wonderful place to live all these years!

We had an overall nice experience renting here but just beware that even if you leave the apartment significantly cleaner than when you moved in, you won't see much of your deposit back as they'll apparently find reason to consider the apartment "extremely dirty" even though you cleaned the entire thing thoroughly. We moved in to find dead roaches laying around, filthy bathrooms, and a splattered kitchen- we had to buy numerous cleaning supplies and put in quite a bit of work before unpacking. I didn't complain about this at the time, but in the context of how much nicer we left the place only to have over half our deposit kept to re-clean and be given a passive aggressive note, I am surprised and extremely disappointed.
