Wonderful floor plans for Boomer's looking to retire in luxury. No maintenance homes with a pool and clubhouse. Close quarters to neighbors but built to give as much privacy as possible. Prices in the upper 200s and 300s. Not complete yet so new homes are still available. Public golf course adjacent to the property with easy golf cart access. Grocery store approx 1 mile away with gas station. I'm not sure what they've forgot in this community if your looking for close quarter no maintenance retirement/adult living.
The open house last night was fantastic. The staff was friendly and informative. The bar service, Salt & Pepper Mixology was fun and courteous. Great time
Awesome looking homes but way too expensive for our budget. Would have been a great place to retire.
I am building my home here. Very professional and wonderful to work. Affordable luxury.
So pretty!! Nice amenities too!
