The Courtyard on South Champion

I have lived at The Courtyard on South Champion for three years now and it has been the best rental experience that I have ever had. Michael the property manager is excellent at communication and meeting everyone's needs. The location is incredible only 10 minutes away from the Short North and OSU campus. The best features are the large shared back yard and private parking in the back. We also have our own dog clean up station in the yard and a large dumpster close by! The yard is also extremely well landscaped that is very conveniently provided to us. All in all I expect to continue with my lease for many more years at The Courtyard!

I spent two years here with my wife and we had a great experience. Our unit was newly renovated and we took advantage of the fenced community backyard - (a feature that attracts a lot of dog-owners). Michael was incredibly professional, prompt, communicative, and helpful in all our interactions. I can honestly say that he is the best property manager that I have worked with.
