The Courts at Spring Mill Station

I have been renting now for the past 5 years. Overall my experience has been very positive. The management team and Zach my primary contact has been very helpful and for the most part handled any issues that have come up. Parking is safe and convenient and with the weather that we’ve experienced lately it’s great being inside and protected. Proximity to the train station and walking/riding trail is great and convenient. Along with new local restaurants. My only concern is the continued rise in prices and hoping to be able to justify for the future in comparison to owning a home. Bottom line, highly recommended!

Living at the Courts has been great! Myself and my boyfriend have lived their now for over a year and do not regret our decision to chose this apartment complex. The amenities are wonderful, & you can’t beat the location! It’s right on the trail, the train station is right there and the rest of Conshohocken is so easily accessible. The maintenance people are also amazing and so on top of it. The team as a whole is very responsive. We have loved living here and did renew our lease which was also an easy process.

Easily one of, if not the best, apartment complex in the area. Conshohocken itself is a wonderful town and The Courts are tucked right on the edge, so you can walk anywhere and everywhere while still being - literally - seconds from the train to the city. A recent hang up has been the ongoing mechanical issues with some of the private parking garage doors, elevators, and electric vehicle charging, but now that the major renovations to the interiors have mostly completed, minor maintenance operations are circling back around. Overall, an unbeatable living experience!

I’ve truly enjoyed my first few weeks at The Courts. My place is perfect, the service of the staff has been amazing and I’m loving all of the amenities provided!

While my time at the Courts is only temporary, I’m glad I picked here over some of the new builds in town. Springmill is a well oiled machine. All common areas are new and well kept. Security of garage parking. Apartment was spotless at move in. Leasing office is pleasant and communicative. Maintenance next day for 2 minor issues - one being help to pull my oven out to get fallen spices! Concierge team is wonderful - I had horrible anxiety I left my door unlocked when I went on vacation and they checked for me. Zero issues with noise or package deliveries. A number of dog walkers in the building to help with pups. Only downside is for those that work from home, the train noise does take some getting used to. Something to keep in mind when picking a unit.
