The Court at Washington Square

Apartments are nice and are handicap equipments available. Parking in front of housing.

The previous review by Ms. Greene needed to be addressed. There was never an outside contractor hired to pick up trash at the property. How would she know? She does not reside at or work for Washington Square. There are 2 dumpster locations that are in close proximity to Mulberry Station, which is probably where she lives, these dumpsters are utilized by not only Washington Square residents but by those at the other complex as well, even though they have their own dumpsters. So the trash that was “blowing around the property“ was not, but rather in front of the dumpster and inside the dumpster area, there’s a difference. This property is visible from Second St.; is always maintained nicely and I invite anyone to drive through to check it out for themselves.

The property management isn't able to keep up with the trash, so it blows around the property. They said they try to address it and when short staffed they aren't able to keep up with the overflowing dumpsters. UPDATE: As of 3/5/2021 they had an outside contractor come by to remove all trash and cleanup the dumpster area. While it took two months, it's much appreciated.

Staff and tenants are nice but resources from upper management are not what keeps a complex above the rest.. Thumbs down!!

Nice apartments and they have a nice park too. Its also right in downtown jarrisburg. Its a win win.
