The Court At Crossroads Apartments

Don’t get it wrong. Just because this place is in Bellevue it does not mean it’s a Bellevue life style living. Just because it’s more economical convenient than other places around it doesn’t mean you get what you pay for. I lived in these apartments for pretty much my whole life. You do NOT want to live here unless you want to deal with drunk people outside your door blasting loud music every single night no matter what time it is. I also saw various neighbors urinating outside my window since I lived in the 1st floor. Cops would constantly be called but they kept on doing it. It wasn’t strange to see arrests in the area. It might look fine in the daylight but at night it’s a whole different neighborhood. Rats are constantly seen when taking out the trash. Neighbors would constantly stea

The worst customer service experience ever. When I called to check about availability and express genuine interest I was spoken to like they were doing me a favor by answering. I got cut off by answering we don't have anything available for april or may or further. Really ? Not even a call list, how can you look as far out as may when the notice period is 1 month. I am glad they don't have anything available, if I can feel hostility over the phone, imagine that in person.

The exterior grounds of this dumpy site are revolting. There is trash everywhere. I have attempted to call their number and nobody answers. I will complain to the City of Bellevue. There should be ZERO stars given to this rating, but that is not an option. AVOID THIS FILTHY PLACE
