The Cottages Tradition

Just sharing my recent experience and it will be two . I wanted to move to the cottages 2 years ago but I didn’t. 2 weeks ago I decided to give 3 complex’s a shot with the cottages being too 2. I tried one and didn’t like the energy so I came to the cottages . DORRYYYY THIS IS FOR YOU. I met with Dory through text messages and email and she was very professional and very personable. She was bubbly and gave me all the information I need and kept in contact. It was time to apply and one of my incomes weren’t up to par for verification . Dory was very understanding and with the help of Jessica we got it done. I was approved and although I didn’t get a lot of specials I did get a free month lol. The move was easy , I had no issues and the unit was left great I was able to see the complex

I just recently moved in February 2026. I want to say the application and move-in process was so very pleasant. I met with the manager Ms. Jessica first then I finished the process with Dory. I must say both of you ladies exude customer service, you were very understanding and patient. I appreciate your patience, help, and understanding. Although, I have been here less than a month I must say I love it. The property is very well kept, great job maintenance. The Cottages feel like home there is a sence of peace just being on property. Thank you all so much.

Nice small town feel. As a former New Englander it feels like home. The individual cottages are new and well maintained. Jessica, the Property Manager can be seen throughout the property working with her team. Maintenance does an excellent job especially Jose who is very courteous and helpful. The amenities are top notch just wish the ponds around the complex had working fountains. Other than that my wife and I are very satisfied.

The Cottages are absolutely adorable. As soon as I saw them online, I knew I wanted to live here. I toured with Dori this week and fell in love with the neighborhood, style of the homes, and the available indoor/outdoor space each cottage has. The overall area of Tradition is beautiful with manicured streets, new shops, parks, and more. Everything is brand new. Can’t wait to call The Cottages home soon, thanks for the tour Dori!

So I have lived here now for 8 months and love every thing about The Cottages Tradition. I travel for work with FPL and have lived in many appartment complexes throughout the state. This is by far the best run appartment living i have ever experienced. while I may only be her for 14 months or so, I will allways kow this is how Rental Living is supposed to be. Its all about the management staff. From the first office visit with Dory, to the many Business email and document scanning requests I have had to make with Holly until my computer could be delivered. The interactions with the staff makes the cottages tradition stand alone. The maintenance staff goes out of their way to help and all with a smile on their face. The areas are clean and bright.
