It was a great place to live. Property always looked nice. Office was easy to contact when needed and maintenance was great. Excellent place for families. Highly recommend.

Living at the Cottages on Weaver Ave has been amazing! It's so quiet and cute. Having lots of food options and grocery stores nearby has been super convenient. Our dog absolutely loves the fenced-in backyard option and having the Moody dog park nearby is a big bonus for him. The office staff have been awesome too, always quick to help out whenever we need anything. Honestly, we feel so at home here!

I am so thankful to Bria and Michelle! My husband and I relocated from Seattle to Birmingham on short notice, and neither of us was able to visit in person to find a place to call home. The process was nerve-racking, especially after having a negative experience with another company that didn’t seem interested in helping us. However, Bria and Michelle went above and beyond, investing their time and effort into assisting us with the entire process remotely. Their communication was excellent, and they helped ease my concerns every step of the way. I can't thank these two ladies enough for making a stressful situation so much easier.
