Peaceful, neighborly, and pet friendly = The Cottages @ Town Center. Management (Betsy & Alicia) & the Support Staff (Carson, Lloyd and Pat) are a pleasure. We often take a safe and leisurely walk too Virginia Beach Town Center and Pembroke Mall to enjoy all (Entertainment, Dinning, Shopping, etc.) that they have to offer. The perfect place for me, my wife and our dog to spend our retirement years. Our two story Townhouse (2+ bedrooms/2 bath) is perfect for us. During my first visit with Betsy and Kelly I was convinced that our decision to live at The Cottages was the correct one.
My wife and I have been at The Cottages for 3 years and enjoy living here. We are seniors and appreciate the friendly honest and responsive office & maintenance staff. The townhomes are modern well equipped with plenty of room and good storage. The location is very convenient to all types of shopping and access to the freeway is close. The units are solidly built and the community is quiet. We like The Cottages and would recommend living here.
A beautiful place to live. Akin is excellent with ensuring that maintenance is done properly. He always has a smile on his face and is most professional.
