The Cottages at Edgemere

My kids and I love our apartment. I am only giving it 4 stars because I wish they could add a basketball court or playground area. I also think they need to add some speed bumps in the parking areas. People like to speed in and out of the gates throughout the day and at night as well. They have a nice pool and a decent gym. Danielle at the front desk is amazing! She is always super helpful! If you do decide to move here, I recommend you go and speak to her! She will always take care of you 🙏💜😊

I visited this property in hopes of getting a better idea on my first apartment. I met Alexa who was extremely kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions which was SO refreshing. Previous representatives from other apartment complexes have been rude to me or passive-aggressively answered my questions. Thankfully, that was not my experience today. Alexa went above and beyond and I am so glad I had her to help me in this process. She’s absolutely amazing!

Size = 1/5 small place, can get significantly bigger for the same or slightly cheaper price Community = 2/5 they host little events every year, but there is feces everywhere outside Maintenance = 3/5 I liked the maintenance men, but they always seemed to come at odd times Move out experience = 1/5 called numerous times because I had not received my end total, or the payment form. Instead of emailing it to me like what was stated, it was sent to collections.

We lived in this location for the past 2 years and we absolutely love it!! The office staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They are highly reliable and courteous. Jessica and Danielle have such wonderful personalities and are true professionals. The maintenance team is superb, they are prompt and efficient. If you have animals they are caring and careful when entering and go out of their way to ensure all parties safety during any work order or pest control schedules. This apartment complex feels like an oasis in the desert, the grass, trees and pool grounds provides a great getaway from every day life. Highly recommend this complex!!

I just moved into the Cottages. The office staff were friendly and helpful during the application and move-in process. I was able to tour the property twice, just to make sure, and they were able to describe various options to help me move in. The apartment is clean, has great natural lighting, and the property has nice landscaping (trees, bushes, flowers). The location is also close to shopping. So far, I have had a positive experience with living here and recommend this property as a new place to live.
