The Cosmopolitan

My experience living here has been nothing short of amazing! Even though I’ve only been a resident for a short time, this has easily been my favorite place to live. Huge shoutout to the staff — they’re truly the heart of the Cosmopolitan. Rose, Mandy, and the maintenance team put so much care and effort into everything they do. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. During my first week, I had an issue with the dishwasher, and maintenance had it fixed in no time — I was so impressed by their quick response! The community events are always a blast, and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. Plus, the location couldn’t be better for enjoying all the downtown amenities.

We loved living at the Cosmopolitan, it is the nicest place we have ever rented. We were in a 1BR for just over two years and found the building safe, comfortable, and generally quiet. The leasing managers, Rose and Mandy, were especially helpful in addressing concerns and communicating with residents when something in the building needed attention. It was great to have a protected, guaranteed place to park in the garages-especially during big downtown events. I would recommend the Cosmopolitan to anyone who is looking for an upgraded space to live downtown close to the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the bay front.

I love living here. You can walk to quite a few different coffee shops, restaurants and a ridiculous amount of bars. Also being able to walk to the shoreline and go for runs has been a huge highlight for me. But beyond that, the property managers and leasing agents, Rose and Mandy have gone above and beyond to take care of me and resolve any issues I may have had. That definitely goes a long way and I would have no problem recommending living here to a friend.

We moved in a few months ago and absolutely LOVE it here! Our apt is nice and quiet even with the location being in the heart of downtown. The amenities are great and it’s a big plus to have resident garage parking especially during all the amazing events that go on downtown. Mandy, Rose & the maintenance staff are extremely helpful and friendly which makes living here even better. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely love living here! I’ve always had a good experience, but over the last six months the team has truly gone above and beyond. They’ve made me feel not just like a tenant, but genuinely at home. The front office staff are always available and quick to respond to any questions, the maintenance team is excellent, and the cleaning crew keeps everything looking sharp. Even when the front office staff are walking through the halls, they always make the effort to say hello and ask about my day, which makes the community feel even more welcoming.
