The Cosmopolitan at Reston Town Center

My husband and I lived at the Cosmo for several years, first in a two bedroom then we downsized to a one bedroom...our experience was wonderful! Kim, the manager is a huge asset to the organization and I hope the powers at be realize how lucky they are to have her as their manager...she is always friendly, professional and on top of everything! The maintenance staff are some of the nicest gentleman, if we ever had an issue they were on top of it promptly and always with a kind word and friendly smile. The concierge staff were also all wonderful. I can't say enojught good things about our experience at the Cosmo! We were sad to move out when we left the area but highly recommend this building. I had zero issues moving in or out of The Cosmopolitan at Reston Town Center. The staff is extremely accommodating and kind—they go out of their way to help with any issues. A special shoutout to Ms. Kim at the front desk, who is absolutely amazing. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, and the amenities are great. Highly recommend!

I've been living here for over a year and I must admit that this has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. I have lived at many different apartments, and the Cosmopolitan is at the top of the list. The property manager, Kim, and her staff are excellent. Absolutely top notch and extremely willing and able to assist with any issues immediately. Love living here and hope not to move anytime soon.

I have been a resident here for almost 2 years. I love being at Reston Town Center. I really love the people here but am not of fan of how all the apartments in the area have their computer models to give you a super crazy raise when it comes time to resign your lease. My complaint does not apply to the Cosmopolitan, but to the apartment industry so beware. Kim, the Property Manager, is a available all the times. She remembers details about her residents and I appreciate that. The front desk staff had a complete turnover but I hope they do a wonderful job like David and Solomee does. I have talked to a couple of people at different apartments and none is better than the other. I am happy here.

I took my father, who is already 84 years old, to see the most beautiful sunset. And I told him: “I give you this beautiful sunset” and we talked, laughed, had a hot chocolate together and I told him that I loved him and that I will always be grateful for his teachings. From this place in Reston Town Center, there is a unique view. Its areas are very comfortable and clean. It has a large covered parking lot and many common areas to share with family and friends. This is an ideal place to live.🤩🥂🇺🇸
