Don’t move here, Terrible experience living here, manager’s never at the office, walkways smell like trash, mold everywhere at the trash rooms so most likely all through the trash duct. Oh forgot to mention that there’s no parking for visitors and if you park where the loading zone is a couple hours at night they will tow you with no courtesy of call even if you have a registered car. Lastly locks of main entrance are always down, more than a month to fix it every time, So pretty much anybody can access to the bldg. But hey don’t even try to contact the regional manager, she is disrespectful and won’t help at all, I understand the environment bc she threat the workers like dogs and yell at them terrible. The charges they put for trash per apartment it’s ridiculous, $90 per apartment? So

I’ve had a great experience while living here for the past year and as my lease was ending Nico was the best at helping me transfer to a bigger apartment last minute! What was shaping to be a disaster was a smooth transition thanks to Nico and the whole team in general I am happy be here for yet another year with such a great team!

They use Two Dots to verify the income of applicants. It uses AI in order to determine your AGI and it isn't well programmed for freelancers and small business owners. You can have well beyond 6 figures of income and still be denied, something that has never happened to me at any apartment community in the past. Also, it's very difficult to get a hold of the office on the phone. Don't waste your money on the application if you're a freelancer or small business owner. Crazy that in the time of Miami's Tech Boom there's places like this and don't even understand their own technology. Surely missing the wave. Nice people who work there, though. I have lived in this place for the last two years and I am going for the third one and one of the most important reasons apart from its location is the excellent attention that I have received during my stay from the manager Monica and her assistant Karen they excel with his good treatment and professionalism above all things.
