My kitchen ceiling and bathroom ceiling have collapsed 6 times from the inconsiderate family directly above me. My sleep is disrupted daily by loud noises in the middle of the night, and I'm subjected to constant water damage and mold, forcing me to be inconvenienced; reschedule appointments; incur unexpected expense to replace destroyed belongings. Yet MGT has clearly allowed the tenants destructive behavior to continue: One ceiling collapse due to overflowed tub is an accident. FIVE more is NO ACCIDENT. Mgt also blatantly continues to ignore HPD violations related to this issue. Additionally, sporadic heat in the winter, revolving door of tenants coming and going creating security issues, more garbage, more mice, stolen packages, elevator out of order often and also full of dog piss. S

Rats, mice, mold/mildew, cockroaches in their apartment. Management try to do illegal evictions. Make sure you talk to your lawyer before management tries anything on you.

Communication with this management company is almost nonexistent. They have this clown of a receptionist that always answers the phones. Speaking to him is like talking to a brick wall. For some odd reason you could never get past him to speak to someone in regards to serious matters. It is extremely frustrating to say the least. I would rate them a zero star if that option was available.
