Five-star rating. Everything was very clean and organized. The manager, Laura Jimenes, is helpful to the residents and very attentive to maintaining the property in optimal condition.

The property manager Zaily N is always rude, condescending, sarcastic, and likes to roll her eyes at you when you talk to her. After living here for many years they towed my vehicle because my registration expired over the weekend. You would think that they would have the common courtesy to maybe knock on my door and give me a warning but no...so after towing both my vehicles I had to cancel my doctors appointment and pay $242 to get them back from the Alpine towing which they exclusively use. As I understand it they had 13 vehicles towed today from this apartment building. Beautiful just bravo hope they made a lot of money today.

The property her name is Ms. Zaily she is thee best, I live in my apartment's since 2007 and had a lot of different managers but not like this one. I believe she started in 2016. Zaily is overall thee best out of them all. In that's on Period. Love this Lady right here very professional she's also firm, fair and consistent‼️💯

My experience with Manager Zaily has been the Best, she is always willing to help in any way. She is totally professional and kind. A true example of customer service.

Ive been living here 6 yrs. And have yet to have any bad complaints. The Manager Zaily N is really professional, Kind and fair. Its always clean and safe comunity here at the Corinthin Apts. Although my car got towed. But the issue was resolved. And i believe this is a great place to live.
