The Cordelia

I lived at the Cordelia for about a year and while the property was beautiful, it was grossly mismanaged and unsafe. Safety: From the first week I moved into the Cordelia (Oct 2024), there were reports in our residence apps that guests cars had been broken into. This was an almost weekly occurrence. Messages about break-ins were deleted by the community app administrators. In May 2025, I was robbed myself as a resident at the Cordelia. When I spoke to the management team about it, they said they would send video if I shared my police report number. I shared the number and they admitted they did not have video footage of my property. I absolutely love living here! My husband and I have lived in many apartments before and this one is by far the best one we have lived at. We are only in a one bedroom and it is perfect for us! Even if we have company over there’s enough space for everyone. The leasing agents are absolutely wonderful! They make sure that everyone is happy and comfortable and they go above and beyond for us. I highly recommend The Cordelia.

The staff here are really kind and actually want to help you. Maintenance is really helpful and efficient. Things are clean. I feel safe here. It is a good place to live, very fair pricing for what you get when you compare other options in similar or same zip codes. And it’s actually nice and has that quiet luxury feel. I’d recommend it. (No apt complex is perfect, because you live around other humans, so I think some reviews below are unrealistic of apt living)

This is, by far, the best apartment complex I've ever had the pleasure of living at. They are safe, accommodating, quick to respond at requests, and extremely friendly. Living here with a courtesy officer makes it all the better. Parking is above average, apartments are spacious, the trails/scenery are gorgeous. They have a beautiful lobby, pool area, dog spa, and dog park. The amenities are exceptional. I've never had any issues with pests or unruly tenants. Truly, I am getting what I pay for when I'm living here. I feel listened to and my voice is heard, respected, and responded to with a sense of urgency. I highly recommend The Cordelia!

I feel like I’m living in a luxury resort! The design of the apartment interiors, the style of construction, and the landscaping is stunning! And that doesn’t even mention the HUGE inspiring gym and the two fantastic pools. Too many amenities to list!! I’m very, very, very happy to be a resident!
