The Cooper

This upcoming August will be a year of living at The Cooper Apartments and so far I’ve had a good experience living here. I want to start off by saying that these apartments are freshly renovated and comfortable to live in. They come with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and central heating and air conditioning system. As for management staff they are great with communication and helpful in any of your needs. The maintenance crew does a good job in maintaining the premises clean and safe. I also, enjoy that this complex offers onsite laundry facilities, a fitness center, pools, dog park, and a playground. Another thing, that pleases me about this place is that if any repairs are needed in and at The Cooper they take care of it with no problem. To include, there is plenty of park

The front office employees are very rude. They do not even answer the phones. This apartment is far from a safe place for your family. Last month a group of gangsters were flashing a gun. Cops came. Homeless digging threw the trash as mentioned in reviews from years ago are still very much a problem. Watch out!

My boyfriend and I have loved this past year living at the Cooper. Love how it's maintained so nicely for us and the dogs as well! Everyone seems to stay to themselves which is nice and not noisy at all compared to other apartments! We did have a couple issues with the laundry room before they got remodeled with the card reload machine not working all the time and us having to take out laundry elsewhere but now that's it's been remodeled and no card! It's been good otherwise!! Highly recommended

Lived there for 15+ years, and loved it ! But I have to say Crystal from the office is SUPER helpful, if you need something done in a timely manner Crystal is the one you need to go to. Although most of the office staff is friendly and nice Crystal stood out to us for her customer service, empathy, understanding, and speed of service. ANY concern we had that was brought up to Crystal was handled in a timely manner with great customer service and she always followed up which we appreciate. She’s always in a good mood and always welcomes you in with a smile, we can not say enough great things about the experience we had living here.

So amazed by the office staff customer service and specifically property manager Crystal. My family and I are Proud to call The Cooper Apartments our home. One of our favorites is looking forward to more Sunny fun days at the pool.
