The Compass at Springdale Park

When I awakened Tuesday morning, January 6th, my birthday, I didn’t expect the day to be filled with surprises. To all my neighbors and members of the Compass community, I would like to express my gratitude to you for my 83rd birthday, the best I ever had. There were lots of cards, flowers, well wishes, and hugs from all, and a cake too. It is great to be a part of a wonderful community of loving and caring people. Thank you very much for making me feel special. Peace, love, and happiness, Alice I can’t wait for my birthday number 84.

It’s been great living at The Compass. It has been a very pleasant experience during the time I’ve been here. I moved in on October 1st, and everyone has been kind and welcoming to me and to others from what I can see. Everything in my apartment has been great, and I truly love it. I have no complaints. Everything is new, and I am the first person to use it, which I really appreciate. I’m grateful to have the common areas available to me, and my neighbors have been wonderful. It’s also great to have a friendly office staff that truly takes care of me and is always in my corner. I love the activities calendar that helps keep us busy, and I’m really looking forward to the weather warming up so I can use the pool.

The staff at Compass at Springdale Park are all very supportive of their residents. They have incredible amenities at affordable rates. I highly recommend this community as your next living destination. I have spoken to a few people who have moved here and they all agree it was “their best decision they ever made”. Wanted to take some time to thank David at The Compass at Springdale Park. He and the staff there helped my mom’s transition to her new living arrangements here every step of the way and beyond. Her apartment is very lovely with up to date amenities and the neighbors are very welcoming as well. Thanks David for your attentiveness, and availability for my mom.

Any requests for maintenance or any other issues are responded to and resolved quickly. The staff loves working here and we love the staff. Everything needed is always clean and available for use when needed.
