The Commons

So far the process was easy and smooth. Nancy was very informative and helpful. When I ran into a snag with my application they were helpful in offering an alternative route. So far it seems pretty quiet there's a lot of parking spaces on my side. I've been here a week now. I did have to call maintenance but they were pretty quick and efficient. The only thing that I will say I did not like is about the moving time which for me was 4:00 p.m. but thumbs up so far.

I have been with commons for the last 8 years and saw all kinds of property managers. They come and go. But this time we have a very professional eager to help the tenants very polite and respectful. We glad to have a property manager like you

The fact this company has the audacity to charge the ridiculous amount of money they do and maintain the property like this is highway robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself. Obviously I know this is left by residents but take control of your property! We pay an astronomical amount of money to live in filth. Your valet company doesn’t service the complex on the weekend ? Management here super poor. I constantly have to threaten calling corporate to get anyone here to maintain my basic apartment. If I could give 0 stars, that’s what I would leave. Be greatful for your one star
