The Commons at Plant Zero

Horrible place, and people who work there are the worst. Will take your money and run to collections. My advice is stay far away from this place and move somewhere that’s nice and generally helpful.

Great location and really nice floor plans. I am currently searching for an apartment and I was extremely pleased with the leasing representative; she was knowledgeable, sympathetic and extremely nice. These apartment are definitely #1 on my list! If you are looking for a great location and walking distance to downtown you should check these apartments, don’t forget to ask for Gabby!

I love the location of the property being so close to downtown with all the restaurants and night life. I've lived in many places all over the world as my dad was in the military and this community makes me feel very comfortable and at home. The lady that helped me was Gabby and she was simply amazing. She is definitely an asset to the company as she shows how passionate she is about her job and caring for current and potential residents.

I recently moved from New York. The commons is one of the best communities I seen in Richmond VA. I love everything from this place, location, price, the building with beautiful windows with city view, pet friendly, the best part is the girls at the office they are super helpful, polite and friendly. I ended up renting from New Manchester Flats just cause they had better availability there. I love my new apartment. Come check them out!!

I went here for a tour to potentially move in. The only units that were available were in the center of the building with no windows. I could not imagine my home not having any windows. Also, the unit we looked at had two bedrooms. One bedroom was upstairs in a loft area, and the other bedroom was right by the front door. Definitely not a family friendly unit. The inside of the apartment did look nice. However; the walk to get to your apartment through the building did seem pretty long. Finally, this property is income restricted and we made too much. Which doesn't make sense because I worked part time at the time. The low income restriction automatically tells me a lot about the people who live there. So thankfully it didn't work out for me.
