The Columns at Pilgrim Mill

I’ve lived in two different apartments in this complex, the newest one being an upgraded apartment. I absolutely love living here! The staff is extremely capable and caring and anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue it has been resolved either on the same day or the very next day even though most of my requests are low priority or routine. The apartments themselves are quality and very spacious in comparison to other two bedrooms I’ve seen. I almost moved to a different complex about 6 months ago just because it was more conveniently located and the amenities were “fancier” but I thought better of it once I attempted to deal with staff. I realized I did NOT want to live somewhere that I wasn’t prioritized as a resident even if the amenities were nicer and I decided to stay at The Columns. So

I lived here with my wife and pet for about a year and a half in 2024 and 2025. Our experience was overwhelming positive. The grounds were well maintained, the maintenance staff was helpful and timely with all of our maintenance requests, and our recently refurbished apartment was comfortable and up-to-date. Most notably, the management personnel — Allison in particular — were extremely helpful and considerate. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family.

I took a short term lease for about 5 months here. Moved from different state, did not look for anything but good and affordable options. This was the top on list. Contacted Allison who is THE BEST! Provided everything in detail, responded to my every email. As I stay here now and I can say the maintenance team is so efficient. I open a service ticket morning, someone will come and address the issue.

My family and I have lived here a year, and renewed our lease. Any issues we had have been resolved quickly and without any inconvenience, rent is comparable to the surrounding area and cheaper than a lot of places, and when we had difficulties they worked with us to get it resolved. All around nice place to live

I absolutely love living here! Brian and Allison in the office are always so helpful! The whole team is great! I never have to worry. My kid loves the pool and playground. The amenities are always so well cared for. Our summer will full of fun thanks to the columns pilgrim mill!
