The Columns at Club Drive

I have lived here since Covid and for most of that time I absolutely loved it here, but the last year or two has shown a steady decrease in living conditions. The rent has been going crazy while the services have diminished. Every year the rent increases, the administrative staff fumble our paperwork, maintenence responce slows and cost cutting corners are clipped to the detriment of the residents. If things were improving I would have no problem with a rent hike to a certain extent, but that is not the case. This is pure corporate greed siphoning as much as possible from their tenants knowing how expensive moving is.

Honestly have been here for a few years. I’ve had a few ups and downs and they are pretty understanding. Nadia is great, anytime I’ve walked in the office she’s always helped me out. Miss Carmen from shared services has been great too. Appliances are a little old but the maintenance team are pretty cool. I see them around a lot. I like my place pretty good.

I love this place. The leasing agent ,Maria is very professional and she helped me a lot when she explain the requirements to apply for an apartment. Unfortunately I don't qualify to live there. Property is beautiful

The leasing office staff here has some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. They are rude, dismissive, and make you feel like you’re bothering them every time you go there. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they act annoyed and uninterested in assisting residents.

Maria at the front desk was very helpful an answered every question I had about the apartments. She made a usual tedious process super simple and enjoyable
