DO NOT MOVE HERE. After moving out, I was charged over $500 for carpet replacement that was completely unnecessary. The carpet did not require replacement, yet I was billed anyway. This feels deceptive and predatory. When we called to ask for clarification, the experience only got worse. The administrative team was extremely rude and dismissive. A staff member named Jalesha repeatedly spoke over and interrupted my mother during the call. When I later spoke with her directly, she continued with the same disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. What’s most upsetting is that instead of explaining or reviewing the charge, they sent the bill to collections, and then acted irritated when we asked reasonable questions about a charge that should never have existed in the first place. I love living here, but much of what is said here is true. My apartment is by the water so I have a wonderful view. Maintenance team is responsive. The front office definitely has its issues. I will say that my apartment is nice, however some updates are problematic. Like the bathroom tiles are painted over so the paint chips in the shower and creates draining issues. I was also stabbed by my stove because my stove wasn’t properly put together. I could file a claim but I’m not. I’m happy to be alive, and that it was me and not someone else. Other things.. I was charged $50 to pay my rent via online portal. I’ve had various weird tenant issues but that’s what’s to be expected when renting. I’ve also heard other tenants experiences at move out and I expect to be charged significantly at move

I had a deeply disappointing experience living here. Despite multiple work orders, major issues like no cold water for a year, a faulty refrigerator, water-damaged drawers, ant infestations, and poor communication were never fully resolved. Maintenance was slow, uncoordinated, and often dismissive—sometimes requiring me to provide photo or video proof just to be taken seriously. I was even charged a fee for giving my move-out notice 8 days late, despite enduring these unresolved problems for nearly a year. I paid rent on time every month, yet the service I received in return was far below acceptable standards.

The location is convenient and the apartments are generally quiet, but significant issues overshadow the positives. Many units experience serious pest problems, including infestations of ants and spiders. An exterminator confirmed that the ants were coming from the walls and carpet, yet the problem was never fully resolved. Management dismissed it as a “natural occurrence” which was extremely frustrating. Even the maintenance supervisor admitted that ants had invaded his own unit. The buildings are over 30 years old, and you can likely find higher-quality apartments nearby for the same price. The pool is consistently dirty, and the gym lacks basic equipment. Additionally, there are far too many speed bumps throughout the complex, making driving in and out unnecessarily rough. Communica

Property is really nice. I had to cancel my application due to my own issues, but once I am able to apply again, I def will. The office staff is really nice, I was able to ask a million questions and was helped by Jalisa who made my first apartment process really easy & understandable.
