The Colonial Apartments

We are somewhat satisfied with the new leadership of Colonial Apartments, but there are some gaps in the tenants' area, which I hope will be resolved soon. For example, some tenants use marijuana inside their apartments, which is very harmful to their other neighbors. Although I complained to the office, unfortunately, no action has been taken yet.

Well you gave me a nice answer to the management team you like to do it you know again you told me that the get-go you're going to move me you put me in the worst apartment farther away from my car to my breathing difficulties no handicap spot because they're going to move me whatever the other bugs are flying out of my car but nothing gets done again I lived here before it was great but this has been a horrible experience I should have known to have a covid and you wouldn't let me see the apartment until I sign the lease I should have known but being a nice guy and I told you before was great but you know you can bulshit some of the people some of the time but not all the people all the time out-of-state corporations by apartments in Omaha never works they all get shut down I don't know w

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! Poor management. Terrible communication. Extremely unprofessional, and thats saying the least. I did not receive any requested maintenance service from the office until I. called multiple times. They have extreme difficulty answering current and previous tenants questions when inquiring about unit issues. To top it off I moved in MAY and it is currently AUGUST I have yet to see or be forwarded my security deposit. Through multiple calls in the span of 4 calendar months I have been told it would come, that I wouldn’t be able to receive it via pick-up, I had missed the drop-off (which is a lie, i have been checking daily), and thwy would send resend it an it will be there in a weeks time. We have an excellent Property Manager and Maintenance team. Our Property Manager cares about this property and the tenants who live here. Furthermore our maintenance team, especially Rick is the best you can ever ask for. Also, renewing our lease was seamlessly easy because of Mackenzie. I’ve lived at Cloninal Apartments in Omaha for nine months, and while the complex has some great features, it also has significant downsides that ultimately led to my decision to leave. Pros: • The apartments are spacious for the price—less than $1,000 per month, Not including utilities. • The layout is functional—big, open, and with ample storage.
