We had such a wonderful experience living at The Collins. From the moment we first walked into the building as prospective renters, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was so professional and kind, especially Dani Brago. From move-in to move-out, Dani was always quick to respond to any questions we had with all the details we needed. She was also such a friendly face to see in the hallways or in the elevator, and her positive energy made The Collins feel more like home. The common areas were always spotless, and we really appreciated the staff that worked hard to keep everything looking beautiful. After months of apartment hunting, I finally signed a lease at The Collins, and I’m genuinely thrilled with my decision. Dani was incredible in helping me find an apartment that fit both my budget and my move-in timeline. She made the whole process—from virtually touring the unit to applying and signing the lease—feel effortless. Moving is usually stressful, but her quick responses and willingness to accommodate my tight schedule made everything so much smoother. The application was refreshingly straightforward, and every question I asked (sometimes more than once!) was met with patience and practical solutions. I just signed the lease for an apartment in a building managed by Dani and Davon, and I’m really excited about it! From the moment I first got in touch with them, they’ve been super friendly, professional, and clearly care about the people living here. Dani and Davon are honestly amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would! After looking at places for 6 months...I planned on applying to the Collins, at last minute changed my mind, due to looking for 2 bedrooms. However, that fell through and I immediately called the Collins and spoke Dani and Davon. They were fantastic! They listened to me and answered my questions and were tremendous help before I even applied! Once I did it was seamless! Dani is amazing, she answered all my questions over and over again, always with a smile. She provided multiple solutions to outcomes and made my move stress free. And it only got better!
