This place is an absolute nightmare to live in. Management changes constantly, and every new team comes in on a power trip, acting like tyrants rather than professionals. The most recent manager has gone as far as emailing tenants asking them to take pictures and videos of other residents smoking or engaging in minor rule violations. That behavior is wildly unprofessional and creates a hostile, uncomfortable living environment. Management also repeatedly changes rules with no consistency, then sends out petty, public emails clearly meant to embarrass or harass tenants. It feels less like property management and more like intimidation. The maintenance team is equally awful—slow to respond, ineffective, and often dismissive of real issues. After finding out our bathtub was leaking, Earl did a great job fixing it! Not only did he take care of the leak, but we had some preexisting issues with the tub that he also took care of. 10/10 - great personality and never a bother to have in my apartment, and did an amazing job repairing everything!

Great staff and reasonably priced. Move in tomorrow. Updated: An honest review. I moved this from 5 stars to 3 — which could easily be a 2.5 if that were an option. Pros: Personable staff. Walkable. Close to the Pulse. Lots of grocery and restaurant options. Good community — at least on one side of Broad St. Cons: The Property – It’s old and drafty. The window panes quite literally shake free from their frames and fall to the ground. Repairs of this nature can be difficult due to the building’s historical designation — or at least that’s what we’re told. A) Trash – The trash company is trash. They may have changed companies recently because pickup has improved and is happening at more reasonable hours (not post-11 p.m. banging). They still manage to leave trash scattered along the si

Earl been over about 5 times as we just moved into a new apartment and needed to get some small maintenance out the way. Every time we’ve put in an order he’s come out here being extremely friendly and helpful! He comes in takes care of the job efficiently, effectively leaves no mess and always has as smile .
