Unrepaired Floods, Constant Alarms, and Billing Errors Avoid this property if you value a habitable living environment. I had a major plumbing leak on March 1st that flooded my office and living areas, and over a week later, it is still not fixed. Management has acknowledged in writing that my unit is 'unusable' and smells, yet they haven't completed repairs. Beyond the floods, the building has constant fire alarm issues (Sept–Feb) caused by infrastructure failures like garage pipe bursts. Half the time the elevators are broken. The security gate stays broken. On top of that, they have a recurring 'glitch' where they charge a $15 monthly insurance fee even after you provide proof of coverage. It’s a constant battle just to get the unit repaired or the bill corrected. Not worth the stress

I had a great experience with the maintenance service! Mr. Kolawole who came to fix my closet was fast, professional, and very detailed in explaining exactly what he was going to do before getting started. He made sure I understood the process and completed the job efficiently and with great care. Really appreciated the clear communication and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting. When we first moved into the complex we had an issue with roaches due to previous owners being disgusting. Placed several maintenance requests & dealt with ROACHES for over 6 months… not only do they have a roach issue in units, you can check the halls & look on the floor or in the light fixtures for proof. Then, because maintenance doesn’t know which issues to resolve quickly, like fixing a units sink & disposal we came back one day to water leaking from the ceiling & lights above our kitchen island. Furthermore, God forbid you have a package delivered to the sister property (gateway at Chastain), hopefully you receive some sort of common courtesy and assistance in retrieving YOUR package because DAVID JOHNSON doesn’t l

Excellent service from Kolawole! He was knowledgeable and professional. My dryer stopped producing heat and he diagnosed and fixed the issue right way. He also made sure it was working properly before leaving. 10/10!

I had fun tonight with the Apartment Life team at the trivia night they held for their residents. I look forward to seeing everyone at the next event. Thank you for having us out to support.
