Such a lovely place with excellent management. Charming atmosphere. Beautifully maintained. Nice neighbors. Located conveniently near services and shopping.

The management team, especially Robert, Luis, and Gil, is friendly, professional, and responsive. I feel respected and safe as a resident, and they communicate well regarding building improvements and construction concerns. I’ve never experienced any major issues due to their management, and overall, I am satisfied and happy living here. It truly feels like a small, close-knit community.

I love living at the Cobb. Beautiful interior with in unit W/D. Maintenance is quick if needed. Very secure building and managers attention to detail much appreciated. There is a great Newsfeed for communication. The rooftop is beautiful and has placed to sit and multiple gas grills. Even though downtown , the noise level is less because the windows and being an old classic building seems to block it more than my prior Seattle apartments did. Next to the light rail, literally and bus routes. It feels like my city haven and oasis and recommend wholeheartedly. It is a very special historic beautiful building as well!

I lived here for 3 years and loved it. The management are top tier, personable and quick to assist. The facilities team was also great—they were always quick to respond to work orders and put residents first. Management and residents are very aware of the concerns in the nearby streets, therefor all are fairly vigilant in the coming and goings, so I never felt unsafe. I’d highly recommend this apartment building in Seattle!

The team at The Cobb are meticulous with the building and considerate to the tenant. I have been happy to call this home since 2016.
