Do not rent from these realtors, Michael Sopka in particular. Horrible people that will keep your deposit. Also ignore broken appliances in their rental properties. I rented from Michael Sopka and lost $900.00 for not cleaning a self cleaning oven well enough. Horrible person! M Smallwood
