Cold calling people at 8pm when they are trying to get to sleep asking if they would ever consider selling their house - is ridiculous and incredibly rude. Also when they call you have to ask three times before they tell you where they are actually calling from and why they are calling. When we do sell our house - this is who we WONT be going with.
