I had Hary today who fixed my two windows and the slider blind. He was friendly, thorough and knows what he is doing. I hope to not have too many repairs but if I do I want Hary. I also hope he is recognized for his hard work! And he also came and fixed a door that was sticking and fixed it very well. “ I am very happy to of had Sing as my leasing agent. She never hesitates with info and helps continuously. She knows everything about what is needed and is available. She is The reason I picked The Coast and I am very glad I did. Been living here for many years this place has been sold and bought by different investment groups. They always change but the one thing that stayed the same was the hard work from the maintenance guy Harry Harry has been with this place as long as I can remember if you leave a bad complaint for Harry it’s probably one or two reason why Harry comes to work and does his job and go above and beyond And the people in the office are great and very helpful.

The maintenance team has some real stars. Hary came and fixed my garbage disposal the day after Christmas and did so in under 24 hours of me requesting the service. He was quick, efficient, and polite. We often chat in passing, so it's like having a family friend helping out. It makes for a special living experience that you can't get in most places.
