I initially had a pleasant experience living here, but that changed when a family member of a tenant walked up to my door and stole a package. I reported it to management, but they brushed it off and showed no real concern. The property manager was surprisingly hostile when I asked for help. I have video footage of the incident and even showed it to maintenance staff. One of them recognized the individual and confirmed he lives in my building. Several other tenants also confirmed this—whether he’s on the lease or not. Strangely, after identifying the man, the property manager “found” the missing package with the tenant and claimed it had been in the trash, even though I had already checked. Enclave The Club has been a nightmare of an experience. Enclave gives itself the title of luxurious living but its reputation is the complete contrary. I resided at The Club for 17 months, breaking my lease after several unresolved issues from staff’s behalf. Parking is a headache, weekly vehicle break-ins, frequent elevator malfunctions, thin carpet, pest infestations, and non-existent quiet hours are just a few of many areas this complex fails to improve in. The local police department is constantly on-site especially after dark. Loud residents/guests can be found by the pool or lounging areas year round despite the complex’s quiet hours and security team. I lived at The Club for four years and was one of the first tenants in my building when it opened. I probably would’ve stayed longer, but my partner got a new job further from here. I just wanted to share how much I loved living here! Of course, like any apartment complex, it’s not perfect, but my overall experience was really positive. The staff here is amazing. Every day you’ll see the cleaning crew, gardeners, and maintenance team working hard to keep everything looking great. They take so much pride in the property. The grills, hallways, and common areas are always being cleaned. They’re constantly vacuuming, mopping, and keeping things clean, even taking care of any mess left behind by less considerate neighbors. It never stays messy for long thanks to them.
