The Cloverleaf Apartments

Extremely Disappointed with Management and Move in Condition ,I was promised a clean, freshly carpeted apartment before my move in date of August 1st. However, when I arrived to collect the keys, I found the closet doors still broken and the carpet stained and dirty. When I asked Nick, who gave me the tour, about the condition of the carpet, he said, “That’s money for their pocket,” which was incredibly unprofessional.After that, I reached out to Dianelys, who assured me she would send professional cleaners. Instead, on August 12, they sent a regular cleaner who is just paid to clean apartments not a professional service. I still have not moved in due to the condition of the apartment, yet Dianelys expects me to move in and wait for the issue to be resolved.What’s more frustrating is that

Every once and a while I reflect on how terrible and overpriced the apartments at Cloverleaf were. The staff consists of unprofessional snobs. The electrical wiring in the apartment was atrocious. People ignore the parking areas and will block entrances and exits. Staff does nothing about it except sends occasional emails which are ignored. They tried to bill me before my move in date. You can hear your neighbor's conversations clear as day. I could hear the neighbor below wheezing all hours of the night. This was the only time in my renting history where I had to break the lease in order to move out early. There are issues with the postal address. I tried to activate Internet service but I had to go back and forth with the provider because the street address can be Ridgeway St or Montclar

This place is amazing!! The management team is always courteous and helpful - and they respond quickly!! My experience here has been excellent from day one. I highly recommend the folks at Deer Management Company for all of your residential needs 😊 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Still have not received my security deposit back and nobody is answering my emails. Can someone please help me?

Set up a date an time to check out the apartments and no one showed up. I called the number on their sign multiple times and no one picked up. Left a message and no one responded. Couldn't find an office of any kind on the property. Don't waste your time like I did
